Job Description
As an Administrative Support Officer at Bank of America, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various departments across our organization. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of productivity and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive and team calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up technology and distributing materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and databases.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and information retrieval.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
- Process expense reports and manage basic office supply orders (if applicable for remote setup).
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, directing inquiries as needed.
