Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Columbus, Ohio. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in comprehensive code reviews, ensuring quality, security, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, business analysts, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.
- Contribute to the evolution of our technical architecture and strategic technology roadmaps.
- Drive automation initiatives for testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations, and security standards.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Frontend development experience with frameworks like React or Angular.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer).
