Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Teleperformance Ad Traffic Coordinator with a marketing focus to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and according to specifications. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, external agencies, and media partners to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery and trafficking of creative assets for various digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor ad campaign performance and proactively identify and resolve any traffic-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal marketing teams, designers, and external media partners to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all ad trafficking details, including campaign schedules, ad specifications, and delivery reports.
  • Assist in the setup and testing of ad tags and tracking pixels to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices for ad content and delivery.
  • Generate regular reports on ad delivery status and provide insights to optimize campaign efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in ad trafficking and digital advertising.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital ad trafficking, ad operations, or a related marketing role.
  • Proficiency with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, The Trade Desk, DV360).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, specifications, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for troubleshooting ad tags.
