Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote QA Associate to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch or advance their career in quality assurance with high earning potential. In this 100% remote role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our cutting-edge financial applications and systems. You will work closely with development and product teams to identify, report, and track defects, contributing directly to the quality of products used by millions worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and test plans for new features and existing functionalities.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using internal tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate in the design and development of test strategies, test cases, and test data.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide clear and concise bug reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and tools.
