Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Virtual Subscription Evaluators. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in testing and evaluating new digital subscription services, applications, and platforms from the comfort of your home. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive feedback on user experience, functionality, content quality, and overall value, helping to refine products before they reach a wider audience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with a variety of new digital subscription services and applications as directed.
- Perform detailed testing across different devices and operating systems to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback on user interface, navigation, features, and content quality.
- Complete surveys, reports, and questionnaires accurately and within specified deadlines.
- Document and report any inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement with clear and concise descriptions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all tested services and proprietary information.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.
