Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Quick Service Team in Bristol. As a vital part of our restaurant operations, you will contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers, ensuring fast and friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, both in-person and at drive-thru.
- Prepare food and beverages following McDonald's safety and quality standards.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Ensure all food safety procedures are followed, including proper handling, storage, and preparation.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
