Job Description
Join Teladoc Health as an Online Wellness Coordinator and play a crucial role in empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals from the comfort of their homes. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to support our members virtually, coordinating access to a diverse range of wellness programs, resources, and virtual care services. You will be the first point of contact for members seeking guidance on wellness initiatives, helping them navigate our platform, schedule virtual appointments, and connect with appropriate health professionals. This role is ideal for an organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy individual passionate about promoting health and well-being through digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for members inquiring about wellness programs and services.
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance on available virtual wellness resources, including fitness, nutrition, stress management, and mental health support.
- Assist members with navigating the Teladoc Health platform, scheduling virtual appointments, and resolving technical or access issues.
- Conduct initial member assessments to understand their wellness needs and recommend suitable virtual programs or care pathways.
- Maintain accurate and confidential member records within our secure database.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of wellness coaches, therapists, and clinicians to ensure seamless member experiences.
- Monitor member engagement with wellness programs and provide proactive support to enhance participation and outcomes.
- Gather member feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our virtual wellness offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines regarding member privacy and data security.
Required Skills
