Job Description
We are seeking highly detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Netflix Content Labeler. This is a 100% remote task-based contract position offering a flexible schedule, perfect for those looking to work from home and contribute to the quality of content that reaches millions globally. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately categorizing, tagging, and annotating various forms of media content according to established guidelines, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience on the Netflix platform. This involves reviewing audio, visual, and textual elements to apply relevant metadata, which helps improve content discoverability and recommendation algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and categorize a diverse range of film, TV series, and other media content.
- Apply metadata tags related to genres, themes, moods, maturity ratings, and other relevant attributes.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to Netflix's internal content guidelines and policies.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the labeling process.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while working independently.
- Participate in training and calibration sessions to stay updated on evolving guidelines.
- Provide feedback to improve labeling tools and processes as needed.
