Job Description

Join J.D. Power as a Part-time Remote Phone Inquiry Mystery Shopper! This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to enhancing customer service standards by anonymously evaluating phone interactions. Working from the comfort of your home, you will make pre-scheduled calls to various businesses, assess their service quality based on specific criteria, and provide detailed feedback. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone calls to designated businesses during pre-defined morning hours.
