Job Description
Are you passionate about movies and have a keen eye for detail? AMC Theatres is looking for enthusiastic Cinema Secret Shoppers to help us ensure our guests receive the best possible experience. This unique part-time role allows you to watch the latest films for free while providing valuable feedback on our theatre’s operations, service, and overall environment. You’ll be an integral part of our quality assurance, helping us maintain the high standards our patrons expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend movie screenings at designated AMC Theatres locations in Pasco, WA as an anonymous guest.
- Evaluate various aspects of the cinema experience, including ticketing, concession stand service, cleanliness, audio/visual quality, and staff attentiveness.
- Observe and accurately report on staff adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
- Complete detailed online questionnaires and reports after each visit, providing constructive feedback and observations.
- Adhere strictly to assigned visit schedules and reporting deadlines.
- Maintain complete anonymity during visits to ensure unbiased evaluations.
- Provide specific examples and objective descriptions to support your ratings and comments.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and complete tasks independently.
- Reliable access to a computer and internet for report submission.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain anonymity during visits.

- Previous experience in market research, mystery shopping, or quality assurance roles.
