Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Membership Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This 100% remote position is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with our members, facilitating their engagement, and ensuring a seamless membership experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting professionals and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations related to member services, database management, and administrative support for various member programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Process new membership applications, renewals, and updates to member records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new members, ensuring they have access to all resources and benefits.
  • Coordinate and support member engagement initiatives, including virtual events, webinars, and online communities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership database records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports on membership statistics, engagement metrics, and renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote membership benefits and programs.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, particularly in relation to member projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual conferences and workshops.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in membership coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to member issues.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working for a professional association or non-profit organization.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and online community tools.
