Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic Personal Assistant to support stay-at-home parents in the New Port Richey area. This unique part-time, hybrid role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support, helping to manage household affairs, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will understand the demands of managing a household and children, possessing excellent communication skills, discretion, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. This position offers flexibility while requiring a strong commitment to efficiency and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize personal and household schedules, including appointments, events, and family activities.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as email management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate household services, maintenance, and repairs, liaising with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and other personal tasks.
  • Research and plan family-related activities, travel, and special events.
  • Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality regarding all personal and family matters.
  • Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the household and personal affairs.
  • Assist with light bookkeeping or expense tracking as required.
  • Manage household inventory and procurement of supplies.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital calendaring tools.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Familiarity with the New Port Richey and surrounding Pasco County area.
  • Experience working with families or in a home-based setting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules with grace.
  • A genuine desire to support and assist others in a personal capacity.
