Job Description

We are seeking reliable and vigilant Traffic Marshalls to join our team for weekend shifts at various project sites in the Greensboro area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for high-paid, part-time work that offers flexibility and a straightforward set of responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and smooth flow of traffic around our construction zones, protecting both the public and our on-site personnel. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around construction sites.
  • Communicating effectively with drivers and pedestrians using clear hand signals and verbal commands.
  • Setting up and maintaining traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, and barriers.
  • Monitoring site entrance and exit points to control vehicle flow.
  • Reporting any incidents, hazards, or safety concerns to the site supervisor immediately.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
