Job Description
Are you passionate about great coffee and exceptional customer service? Starbucks is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as a Coffee Shop Mystery Shopper. In this crucial role, you will help us ensure our high standards of quality and service are consistently met across our Rancho Cucamonga locations. You will discreetly evaluate various aspects of the customer experience during morning shifts, providing valuable feedback that directly contributes to our continuous improvement efforts. This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for individuals with keen observation skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled mystery shopper visits to assigned Starbucks locations during morning hours (typically between 7 AM – 12 PM).
- Discreetly observe and evaluate specific operational criteria, including cleanliness, speed of service, product quality, employee friendliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Purchase specified menu items and retain receipts for reimbursement.
- Complete detailed online survey reports for each visit within 24 hours, accurately documenting your experience and observations.
- Maintain complete anonymity throughout the shopping process, ensuring staff are unaware of your role.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, instructions, and deadlines.
- Provide constructive, objective, and unbiased feedback to help improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with project coordinators regarding visit schedules and any issues encountered.
