Job Description
As an Apple Operations Expert with a focus on Inventory & Logistics, you will be a crucial part of our retail team, ensuring that our products are available, organized, and ready for our customers. You will be responsible for the efficient management of our store’s inventory, from receiving shipments to maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting the sales floor with product availability. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the leadership team and other store personnel to optimize operational efficiency and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing product shipments.
- Ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments.
- Implement and maintain efficient storage solutions for all products and supplies.
- Facilitate product movement between the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
- Support store events and product launches by managing inventory logistics.
- Adhere to all Apple operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with product returns, exchanges, and repair processes.
- Train and guide team members on best practices for inventory handling and loss prevention.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in inventory management or logistics within a retail or warehouse environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate inventory management systems and basic computer software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 kg.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apple products and services.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies.
- Previous experience in a role requiring physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Forklift certification or experience operating similar equipment (where applicable).
