Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bicycle.
- Communicate effectively with customers and DoorDash support as needed.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Own a reliable bicycle and safety gear (helmet, lights).
- Possess a smartphone with a data plan.
- Ability to use a mobile application for deliveries and navigation.
- Good physical stamina and ability to cycle for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Pasco, WA area and its street layout.
