Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Senior Mystery Shoppers to join our team in a part-time capacity. This unique opportunity is ideal for retired professionals looking to utilize their keen observational skills and contribute valuable insights into customer service and brand experience. As a Senior Mystery Shopper, you will visit various businesses, discreetly evaluate their service, product quality, and adherence to brand standards, and provide objective feedback. Your contributions will directly influence improvements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence for our clients. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance assignments with your personal schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail stores, restaurants, or service establishments.
  • Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff demeanor, product availability, cleanliness, and service efficiency.
  • Interact with staff in a natural manner to assess customer service quality.
  • Accurately complete detailed online reports after each visit, providing objective feedback and supporting documentation (e.g., photos, receipts) as required.
  • Adhere strictly to project guidelines, timelines, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and client information.
  • Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help businesses improve their customer interactions.
