Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Online Survey Panel Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours, allowing you to manage and grow our online survey panels from anywhere. As an Online Survey Panel Manager, you will be responsible for the health, engagement, and growth of our online survey communities. You will implement strategies to recruit new members, maintain high engagement rates, and ensure the quality and representativeness of our panel data. This role is crucial in ensuring we can consistently deliver high-quality insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for panel recruitment and retention.
- Monitor panel health, including response rates, demographics, and activity levels.
- Implement communication plans to engage panel members and foster community.
- Work closely with research and project management teams to ensure panel availability for studies.
- Manage incentive programs and ensure timely reward distribution.
- Analyze panel data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and panel management tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online panel management, community management, or market research operations.
- Strong understanding of survey methodologies and data quality principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, survey software).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with specific panel management platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques for recruitment campaigns.
