Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable Luxury Tour Chauffeur with a passion for history and local culture to join our team in New Port Richey, Florida. This role is crucial for delivering an exquisite and informative tour experience for our high-end clients. The ideal candidate will possess not only superior driving skills and an impeccable safety record but also a deep understanding of the historical significance, landmarks, and hidden gems within New Port Richey and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing a personalized, comfortable, and engaging journey, acting as both a driver and a knowledgeable guide, ensuring our guests receive a truly first-class historical and city tour.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients on historical and city tours throughout New Port Richey and surrounding regions.
- Provide expert narration and insightful commentary on local history, landmarks, and points of interest during tours.
- Maintain a pristine and luxurious appearance of assigned vehicles, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols, ensuring the utmost safety and comfort for passengers.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, professional assistance at all times.
- Maintain punctuality and flexibility in scheduling, adapting to client needs and unforeseen circumstances.
- Handle all client interactions with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of customer service.
- Complete necessary paperwork and trip logs accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about local events, road conditions, and attractions to enhance the client experience.
Required Skills
- Valid Florida Driver's License (Class E or equivalent) with an impeccable driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional chauffeuring or high-end transport experience.
- Extensive knowledge of New Port Richey and surrounding West Central Florida history, geography, and attractions.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with precision and care.
