Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Energy Logistics Admin with a strong remote support focus to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes, specifically supporting our energy projects and field teams remotely. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials, equipment, and information, while providing comprehensive administrative assistance to a dispersed workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track logistics for energy project materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Provide dedicated administrative support to remote field teams and project managers, including scheduling, documentation, and communication facilitation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and procurement in relevant systems.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize and become proficient in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize workflows.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for logistics operations.
- Implement and adhere to company policies and safety procedures related to logistics and remote work.
Required Skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar administrative role, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or dedicated logistics software.
- Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
