Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shopify Specialist with a strong focus on Email Marketing and Klaviyo to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Shopify store, developing and executing impactful email marketing campaigns, and leveraging Klaviyo to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Shopify’s ecosystem, a proven track record with Klaviyo, and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our Shopify e-commerce store, including product listings, collections, pages, and app integrations.
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns from conception to analysis using Klaviyo.
- Segment customer lists effectively to deliver personalized and highly relevant content.
- Design and implement automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs) to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email marketing KPIs and Shopify store performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify and Klaviyo best practices, features, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify store management and operations.
- 2+ years of in-depth experience with Klaviyo, including flow creation, segmentation, and campaign deployment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on marketing performance.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and Shopify theme adjustments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- Previous experience in the sports or retail industry.
