Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and have a keen eye for customer service excellence? Greystar is seeking an Apartment Mystery Leaser to join our team. In this unique role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the leasing experience and overall presentation of our apartment communities. This position requires no prior real estate license and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to improving our resident experience by providing objective, constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated apartment communities as a prospective resident.
- Interact with leasing staff to assess their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Evaluate the property's curb appeal, common areas, amenities, and model units for cleanliness and presentation.
- Ask targeted questions to gauge the staff's ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Complete detailed and objective reports following each visit, documenting observations and experiences accurately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the mystery shop process and findings.
- Provide actionable feedback to management to help identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
