Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Teleperformance User Experience Aide to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and usability of various software interfaces through meticulous interface testing. This 100% remote position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with our UX and development teams to identify, document, and report interface issues, contributing directly to the improvement of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute pre-defined test cases to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues in software interfaces.
- Document findings thoroughly, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected versus actual results.
- Provide constructive feedback on user interface design and functionality from an end-user perspective.
- Collaborate effectively with UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure clarity and resolution of reported issues.
- Adhere to established testing protocols and contribute to the refinement of testing methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing discussions regarding product improvements.
- Stay updated on best practices in user experience and interface testing.
