You will act as a regular customer, evaluating various aspects of our operations discreetly and submitting detailed reports. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Target stores as a regular customer, observing and evaluating specific aspects of the store experience.
- Interact with store team members, assessing their helpfulness, product knowledge, and adherence to service standards.
- Evaluate store environment, including cleanliness, organization, product display, and signage.
- Assess product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
- Complete and submit detailed, objective, and timely evaluation reports online.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
