Job Description

Join BrightView Landscapes as a vital member of our Western States Dig Crew! This seasonal role offers the opportunity to travel across various western states, contributing to impactful landscaping and environmental restoration projects. We provide a company van for travel to project sites, ensuring you have the necessary transportation. This physically demanding yet rewarding position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the success of our large-scale projects, including planting, digging, soil preparation, and general site maintenance. Previous experience in landscaping or construction is a plus, but we are open to training enthusiastic individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual labor tasks including digging, planting, raking, and spreading materials.
  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on project sites.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
