Job Description

Deloitte is seeking enthusiastic Freshers to join our innovative team as Junior Prompt Engineers. This unique opportunity includes comprehensive paid training, designed to equip you with the essential skills to master the art and science of prompt engineering. You will learn to craft, refine, and optimize prompts for large language models, contributing to cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business impact. This is an on-site role where you’ll collaborate closely with experienced professionals, learn best practices, and contribute directly to real-world AI projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured paid training program covering AI fundamentals, prompt engineering techniques, and model interaction.
- Design, develop, and test effective prompts for various large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs and behaviors.
- Iterate on existing prompts based on performance feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and domain experts to understand project goals and translate them into prompt strategies.
- Document prompt design, testing methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of curiosity and a passion for learning about AI and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- No prior experience in AI or programming is required; we provide the training!
