Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Mobile Hand-Wash Pro to join our expanding team. As a key member of OCD Ottawa Car Detailing, you will be responsible for delivering premium mobile car washing and detailing services directly to client locations across Centretown and surrounding Ottawa areas. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. You will operate our state-of-the-art mobile detailing unit, ensuring every vehicle receives the highest standard of care and leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior hand washes, waxing, and tire dressing on various vehicle types.
- Conduct interior vacuuming, surface cleaning, and window polishing.
- Operate and maintain specialized detailing equipment and products safely and efficiently.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for mobile service appointments.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining services and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and report needs to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Drive company vehicles to various client locations punctually and safely.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of professional car detailing or hand-wash experience.
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for automotive aesthetics.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workflow.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ceramic coating application and paint correction.
- Knowledge of advanced detailing techniques and products.
- Previous experience in a mobile service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
