Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate with a Google Cloud focus at Capgemini, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients maximize the value of their Google Cloud investments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, guide them through their Google Cloud journey, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. This 100% remote role requires a passion for cloud technology and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Google Cloud clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Proactively monitor client health, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure client success.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Google Cloud products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to address client needs and drive value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, present performance metrics, and strategize future initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Cloud product updates and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Capgemini's services and Google Cloud solutions.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, with a particular focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Cloud Certification (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry.
  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles.
  • Project management experience.
