Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with a strong focus on Lead Management to join our remote team. This is a critical role responsible for supporting our sales efforts by ensuring leads are accurately captured, qualified, and distributed to the appropriate sales representatives in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from initial capture to qualification and distribution.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate lead data and activity.
  • Qualify incoming leads based on established criteria and assign them to the correct sales team members.
  • Monitor lead progress and follow-up activities to ensure timely engagement by the sales team.
  • Generate reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for lead management workflows.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and provide initial product/service information to potential clients.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support or lead management role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
