Job Description

This role involves editing, curating, and conceptualizing compelling online videos and multimedia that resonate with a Gen Z audience. Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage, audio, and graphics into polished, high-quality content optimized for teen audiences across various platforms.
- Develop and pitch new content ideas, concepts, and formats that align with current trends and the interests of 16-year-old teens.
- Research trending topics, challenges, and creators within the teen demographic to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including producers, strategists, and community managers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage content pipelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to editorial calendars.
- Utilize analytics and feedback to iterate on content performance and continuously improve engagement.

Required Skills
