Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Audio Mixing Specialist to join our innovative team. This remote position requires exceptional attention to detail and a passion for crafting pristine audio experiences across various media. You will be responsible for mixing audio content to the highest industry standards, ensuring sonic excellence and technical compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of audio engineering principles, advanced mixing techniques, and proficiency with professional audio software. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-precision audio mixing for diverse content, including film, television, music, and interactive media.
  • Balance and blend various audio elements (dialogue, music, sound effects) to achieve optimal sonic clarity and emotional impact.
  • Implement noise reduction, equalization, compression, and other audio processing techniques to refine sound quality.
  • Ensure all mixes comply with industry standards, client specifications, and Dolby's rigorous quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate remotely with sound designers, producers, and directors to integrate feedback and achieve desired artistic vision.
  • Manage and organize project files, ensuring efficient workflows and version control.
  • Stay updated with the latest audio mixing technologies, software, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance related to audio production processes as needed.

Required Skills

  • Expert proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-precision audio mixing and mastering.
  • Thorough understanding of audio signal flow, acoustics, and psychoacoustics.
  • Strong knowledge of audio processing techniques and plugins.
  • Excellent ear for detail and critical listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
