Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Warehouse Picker specializing in Skincare products to join our Kanata distribution center. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for a fast-hire position involving light picking duties within a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packing skincare items for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack a variety of skincare products according to order specifications.
- Operate handheld scanners to record inventory movement and ensure precise order fulfillment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet L'Oréal's high standards before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform light lifting (up to 10 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and count items.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or light industrial setting, even if minimal.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
- Interest in or knowledge of skincare products.
