Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our Ad Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely setup, trafficking, and monitoring of advertising campaigns specifically for the Netflix Ad-tier. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth campaign execution, optimizing performance, and providing essential support to our Ad Operations specialists and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of ad tech and media.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the setup and trafficking of ad campaigns within various ad serving platforms, specifically for the Netflix Ad-tier.
- Monitor active campaigns to ensure proper delivery, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Perform quality assurance checks on ad creative, tags, and targeting parameters to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations specialists, sales, and account management teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Generate performance reports and assist with campaign analysis.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of campaign setups and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in ad technology, especially related to video and CTV advertising.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Familiarity with ad server platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Freewheel) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in ad operations, digital media, or a related field (e.g., 6 months).
- Experience with project management tools.
- Understanding of video advertising (VAST/VPAID) standards.
- Knowledge of the Netflix advertising ecosystem.
