Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Netflix Coordinator with a focus on Event & Logistics to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role supports the successful execution of various internal and external events, virtual gatherings, and critical logistical operations, all from a remote setting. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of resources for our diverse global initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail in managing complex schedules and vendor relationships. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical aspects for virtual and occasional in-person events, including scheduling, vendor management, and technical setup.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices in alignment with company policies.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between internal teams, external partners, and attendees.
  • Prepare event briefs, presentations, and post-event reports summarizing key metrics and feedback.
  • Oversee the procurement and distribution of event materials, swag, and other logistical assets.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of event plans, vendor contracts, and attendance lists.
  • Provide administrative support to the events and logistics team as needed.
  • Problem-solve real-time issues during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, logistics, or project management.
  • Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
