Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Mystery Shoppers to evaluate the user experience, functionality, and overall quality of our websites and e-commerce platforms. As a Virtual Mystery Shopper, you will navigate our online properties, place mock orders, interact with customer service (via chat or email), and provide unbiased, constructive feedback on various aspects of the digital journey. This is a crucial role in helping us identify areas for improvement and maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction. This position is 100% remote, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate assigned websites and e-commerce platforms according to specific scenarios and guidelines.
- Perform various online tasks, including product searches, adding items to cart, simulating purchases, and checking out processes.
- Evaluate website design, ease of navigation, accuracy of product information, and overall user-friendliness.
- Assess the responsiveness and helpfulness of online customer support channels (e.g., chat, email).
- Identify and document any bugs, broken links, or inconsistencies on the website.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and detailed written reports on your findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignments and company information.
- Adhere to all project deadlines and reporting requirements.
