Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to a Google Director. This pivotal role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, possesses impeccable judgment, and can anticipate needs before they arise. You will be a critical linchpin, enabling the Director to focus on high-level strategic initiatives by expertly managing their schedule, communications, and projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and plan executive meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Oversee and manage various projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets as required.
  • Proactively identify and address potential administrative challenges and streamline workflows.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across different teams and departments.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the Director as needed, respecting boundaries and company policy.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives (Director or above).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office suites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in a large, global technology company.
