Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and meticulous individuals to join our team as an Automotive Detailing & Car Wash specialist in Colorado Springs. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of vehicle cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive detailing services and operating car wash equipment, ensuring every vehicle receives top-tier care. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior car washes, including pre-soaking, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying.
- Conduct interior detailing services such as vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, window cleaning, and conditioning.
- Apply waxes, sealants, and polishes to vehicle exteriors to enhance shine and protection.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality assurance before customer delivery.
- Operate and maintain car wash equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive cleaning products and techniques.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a car wash environment (6+ months).
- Familiarity with various detailing equipment (e.g., buffers, extractors).
