Job Description
Are you passionate about live events and looking for a dynamic part-time role? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-time Festival Staff to join our weekend casual hire team in San Diego, CA. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with people, and want to contribute to creating incredible festival experiences. You will be an essential part of our on-site team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction during various festivals and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with guest check-in, ticket scanning, and wristband distribution.
- Providing clear directions and information to festival attendees.
- Monitoring designated areas to ensure safety and compliance with event policies.
- Supporting various operational needs, including vendor assistance and artist support.
- Assisting with event setup and teardown as required.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving minor issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve event goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy outdoor environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekend shifts, including evenings and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for live events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in events, festivals, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with various event management software or ticketing systems.
- Basic first aid or CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
