Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team in Ogden, UT. This role, referred to internally as ’20’, is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products within our fulfillment network. You will be responsible for various tasks that support our daily operations, contributing directly to our ability to deliver on our promise of speed and reliability to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks related to inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided as needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Utilize handheld scanners and computer systems to track inventory and complete tasks.
- Assist with problem-solving and process improvement initiatives as requested.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 49 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
