Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Charlestown, MA. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount to ensure that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load and unload freight using appropriate equipment.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring all items match the order specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by labeling, wrapping, and strapping.
  • Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) in a safe manner.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic mathematical and reading skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Forklift certification (stand-up and/or sit-down).
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
