Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate WFH Knowledge Coach with a strong focus on skill acquisition to join our innovative learning and development team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in guiding learners and internal teams through structured knowledge pathways, helping them master new skills and apply them effectively. You will design, facilitate, and iterate on coaching programs, leveraging best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of learning methodologies, and a proven ability to motivate and guide individuals towards achieving specific learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on specific skill acquisition goals.
- Design and curate learning resources, including modules, exercises, and assessments, to support coaching objectives.
- Assess individual and team learning needs to tailor coaching strategies and content.
- Track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt coaching approaches to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content.
- Stay current with best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and coaching methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge management and learning platforms.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and sustained effort.
- Report on coaching program efficacy and learner success metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching, corporate training, or educational instruction with a focus on skill development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in developing engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and guide diverse learners.
- Experience with online learning platforms and virtual coaching tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, CTI) or training.
- Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Background in a technology or e-learning industry setting.
