Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Lead Auditor with a strong focus on professional services to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating sales processes, lead generation strategies, and client engagement methodologies within our professional services divisions. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, and optimizing lead qualification and conversion funnels. This position requires a keen analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies and driving sales excellence in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of sales processes, lead generation activities, and client relationship management systems for professional services engagements.
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and conversion rates to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of lead qualification criteria and ensure alignment with service offerings and target client profiles.
  • Assess compliance with internal sales policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership and professional services teams to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement audit methodologies and tools specific to virtual sales environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and service delivery, to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders, articulating complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and track the effectiveness of process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations, sales auditing, or a similar analytical role within professional services.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to various audiences.
  • Deep understanding of professional services sales cycles, lead generation, and client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in sales operations, auditing, or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).
  • Experience with AI-driven sales tools or advanced analytics platforms.
