Job Description

No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to turn you into a skilled barista. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs to learn Starbucks' coffee standards, beverage preparation, and customer service protocols.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Ensure the store is tidy and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Handle food and beverage products safely and hygienically.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient working environment.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- No prior barista experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (any industry).
- Basic understanding of food safety practices.
