Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer service platforms.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a bonus.
