Job Description
Join Blacklane’s exclusive network as a Chauffeur, operating with one of Murrieta’s highest-rated local fleets. We are looking for professional, punctual, and customer-focused individuals dedicated to providing an impeccable luxury transportation experience. As a Chauffeur, you will be the face of our premium service, responsible for transporting clients safely and comfortably to their destinations. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled routes and times.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and personal presentation.
- Ensure the vehicle is immaculate, well-maintained, and fully operational before and after each trip.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage and opening doors.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing client safety at all times.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
- Utilize navigation systems efficiently to determine the best routes and avoid delays.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or issues.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (chauffeur, taxi, or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of Murrieta and surrounding Southern California areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles.
- Familiarity with in-car technology and navigation systems.
- Multilingual abilities.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
