Job Description

Lionbridge is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Google Ads Performance Raters. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the relevance and quality of search engine advertisements, helping to ensure a high-quality user experience for Google users worldwide. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately evaluate Google search engine ads based on provided guidelines and instructions.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback on the relevance, accuracy, and overall quality of advertisements.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality ratings by adhering to project specifications and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to stay updated on rating guidelines and best practices.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily evaluation quotas and deadlines.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all project information and data.
Required Skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional comprehension and communication skills in English (US English).
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet productivity goals in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer with up-to-date software.
- Comfortable working with diverse content, which may include sensitive or explicit material.
