Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and high-speed Remote Workforce Assistant to support our dynamic remote teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute communications, presentations, and reports for remote team members.
  • Coordinate virtual team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Administer and support various remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for remote employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Track and manage project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks by remote teams.
  • Research and compile information to support decision-making for remote operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for remote work efficiency.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for common remote work issues.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
