Job Description

We are urgently seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our growing team in Rialto, CA. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. This role requires a strong sense of empathy, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying living areas, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and record client's vital signs, document changes in condition, and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in California.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients as required.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in home healthcare or a similar caregiving role.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
