Job Description
Are you seeking a dynamic role where you can make homes shine? Menage Total is looking for a dedicated and energetic Mobile Window Washer to join our residential cleaning team in Montreal. This role involves traveling to various residential locations throughout the city to provide high-quality window cleaning services. You will be responsible for ensuring windows are immaculately clean, adhering to safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning services for residential properties, ensuring streak-free results.
- Operate and maintain window cleaning equipment, including squeegees, ladders, water-fed poles, and safety gear.
- Travel efficiently between residential sites within the Montreal area using a company vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, especially when working at heights.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage and organize cleaning supplies and equipment daily.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Accurately complete job sheets and daily reports.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 Quebec Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with residential areas of Montreal.
- Customer service experience.
