As a Shopify Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations and ongoing development of our Shopify Plus platform. You will gain hands-on experience in product merchandising, content management, order fulfillment processes, and basic technical troubleshooting, all while working closely with experienced professionals across our marketing, sales, and IT departments. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of product listings, collections, and promotions within the Shopify Plus platform.
- Support content updates and manage website assets to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
- Monitor website performance and functionality, escalating any issues to the relevant teams.
- Help process and manage customer orders, including fulfillment tracking and returns/exchanges.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on new features, content, and product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement campaigns and site changes.
- Stay updated with Shopify best practices, new features, and e-commerce trends.
- Provide basic technical support for common Shopify-related inquiries.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital retail.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and user experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
